ISF Wallet is a solution for ISF provider organisations to manage all the financial elements of an ISF on behalf of an individual. ISF Wallet is the result of a collaboration between Self Directed Futures and PPL. It brings together Self Directed Futures' passion & expertise in relation to ISFs and the Virtual Wallet solution developed by PPL for the management of direct payments.

How does it work?

The ISF provider organisation will use ISF Wallet on a day-to-day basis, replacing the need for pre-paid cards, spreadsheets and paperwork. Individuals & their families, providers and funding authorities have their own access 24/7 from any web-enabled device.

Funding is added to the Virtual Wallet account by the Local Authority, along with any client contributions of top-ups.
The ISF Provider then sets up the care arrangements within the system, in line with the agreed support plan. Our dedicated Virtual Wallet support team will support you, every step of the way.
When the services have been delivered, the ISF Provider records this in Virtual Wallet, which automatically creates invoices.
Once set up, individuals, their loved ones and the Local Authority, are able to track their budgets and services delivered in Virtual Wallet, providing full transparency.
Physical funds held and payments made can be managed by the ISF Organisation or by PPL, depending on requirements.
