We offer a full range of home care services, you can flex your service to match your current needs, whether that’s switching between a live-in carer and a visiting carer or receiving nursing care if your health care needs have changed. We’re here through it all, to fully support you.
London Care’s services for individuals are highly personalised. Each care plan is individually designed in partnership with the service user to take account their particular needs, goals and aspirations and the success of each service is measured in terms of whether those personal outcomes are achieved. This person-centred approach gives service users more choice and control over when and how their support is provided.
We take care to match our workers with our service users to ensure a great fit for both skill and personality; it is our aim to provide staff who are companions as well as care professionals.
